Very affordable and friendly little chippy. I only opted for some chips and scraps this time but they were delicious. Next time I'll go more hungry and get the fish and chips for £7, with the prices these days that's a great price!

Best chippy in Yorkshire. Pop in every couple of weeks for fish and chips which taste amazing. Friendly and polite staff. Have done for the last 10years. Always hot, always fresh, usually have queues waiting. Great plaice.

Called in the other night to try Tony's after having few bad ones from the Whaler lately. The staff were really friendly and the food was awesome. I was a little worried about how brown the batter looked before eating thinking it may have been overdone but found it wasn't. It was absolutely delicious and melted in the mouth. The chips too were fantastic too, most definitely my new go-to.

I have a chippy pretty much at the top of my street that has supposedly won Y.E.P. awards for the best chippy in Leeds. Im happy to drive straight past it on a 5 mile round trip to use Tony's chippy, every-time. Beautiful fish and chips with the fish cooked to order, so it's fresh every time, beautiful thin crisp batter and none of the thick stodgy batter approach that many fish shops use in order to make the fish look bigger. Lovely friendly, genuine staff that greet everyone with a smile and a friendly word or two. Too many chippies are now bordering on £40 for a tea at home for 4 people, not Tony's, incredible value all the way for fantastic quality grub. We wouldn't use anywhere else.
